If There is a HELL......

Recently, I got too close to the coffee pot while it was brewing.  I moved quickly when my arm begain to sting.  Yet I still received a steam burn on the outside of my arm.  There wasn't much I could do.  The burn was there.  After it heals, I will have a nice little scar to remind me.   I have been asking myself this question ever since:                                                                           If this is just from a few seconds of steam, ...How does a human handle HELL?

A better question might be,  Why would anyone choose to go there?  Even better; why on earth would A Christian want to allow anyone passage?  I have begun a study to see what I can find out about this Place called "HELL". 

 What do I think?  I believe Hell is real.  I believe Hell was created for the devil and his angels.  Unfortonately, there are some that choose not to follow Christ so their final home will be Hell.  Now Let's see what the world thinks.

In many religious traditions, a hell is a place of suffering and punishment in the afterlife. Religions with a linear divine history often depict hells as endless. Religions with a cyclic history often depict a hell as an intermediary period between incarnations. Typically these traditions locate hell under the Earth's external surface and often include entrances to Hell from the land of the living. Other afterlife destinations include Heaven, Purgatory, Paradise, and Limbo.

I do not know that the above story is true.  I choose not to post the sound tract that is too be the recording of the sounds they heard because I am not sure it can be proved.  I do however, caution anyone in saying that Hell is not real.  The Bible states that there is such a place.  Just as there is a place called Heaven for those that follow Christ.  God has ways of making sure everyone gets a chance to understand where it is they choose to spend the afterlife.  He also gives us a choice as to who we want to serve.  If you make NO choice, then you have already chosen and you will join those that scream from Hell.

If you chose Christ, Then Heaven will one day be your home.  Those that refuse him on earth, will He refuse in Heaven.

Why SKEETER?

The title of my blog is Skeeter's Page.  When I was in the fifth grade some friends from school came to my house for a sleep-over.  With a name like Margarita, I had gotten used to answering to whatever sounded close.  Some of the girls were calling me something that my Dad thought sounded like Skeeter.  So he started calling me Skeeter.  Since then, the only time my Dad called me by the name he had given me at birth was when I was in big trouble.  Even now that I am grown, if my daddy calls me 'Margarita' I think I am in trouble.  To my family and a few close friends, I am and always will be, "My daddy's Skeeter".
